Venus Dream
In Venus Dream, a warm copper color refers to the goddess of beauty and transformation—an echo of an ancient story. In the layered, semi-transparent texture, botanical forms appear as traces of a forgotten archaic world. Resonating with the dreamy, symbolic visual world of Odilon Redon—which served as the starting point for this work. The primeval myth resurfaces in Venus Dream, layered and elusive.
The work consists of three panels, each constructed from a photographic print on mesh fabric stretched over a wooden frame, with a fine art UV print on Dibond behind it, mounted in a wooden box frame.
